I couldn’t resist this local pasta in Everything Bagel flavor at Brooklyn Kitchen at Gotham West Market. It seemed perfect for my favorite smoked salmon sauce (although the flavor of the pasta is pretty subtle; it might have been better simply tossed with butter).
