Contemplating: Eating


Shrimp with mint oil over beans and arugula, from Mario Batali’s cookbook Molto Italiano. (I also like to use the recipe archive he keeps on the Babbo restaurant website.) And this is interesting: Batali’s mini-films about New York, in which he tours around town with other celebrities, such as Gabrielle Hamilton, who says about Grand Central, “Doesn’t your heart soar up to the sky like in a cathedral?”
