A glimpse of Federal Hall at twilight. There’s not much inside, but admission is free, so why not. (On display is the Bible used by George Washington when he was sworn in. Although “there is no constitutional requirement for any federal official—firefighter, ambassador, or President—to take the oath of office over a particular text or, in fact, over any text at all,” according to this New Yorker post on “A Brief History of Oaths and Books.”)
