Fresh pastas at Giovanni Rana in Chelsea Market. The pastas change daily, or so I was told, and so I bought a
batch of whitefish ravioli (because I’ve never had this and who knows?) and
some of pumpkin, because I am always on the lookout for perfect pumpkin
ravioli. These were wonderful, the best I’ve had
yet (that is, that I’ve cooked myself).
