Espresso with whipped cream at
Café Sabarsky inside the
Neue Gallerie. There’s also an amazing chocolate and rum cake, somewhere outside of this picture. (I tried to find a recipe for it online from the chef, Kurt Gutenbrunner, but no luck. Instead, I stumbled upon his
recipe for wiener schnitzel—another delightful dish, whenever I’ve had it, at one of his other restaurants,
Blaue Gans).
